Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all communication channels on assigned localization requests on a daily basis.

- Maintain and optimize localization processes and workflows.

- Work to educate teams on best practice for localization-friendly UI content.

- Work closely with engineers to identify, troubleshoot and fix linguistic issues.

- Help develop and maintain terminology glossaries.

Requirements:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Localization, Computer Science or Translation.

- Knowledge of industry standard localization tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to work across timezones and cultures.

- Experience with analyzing data (e. g. SQL, R, Excel) is a plus.
