【岗位职责】
我们是TikTok的基础架构团队，主要职责是确保TikTok对外提供的服务高可靠、低延迟 对于任何一个复杂系统而言，稳定性保障是一个复杂且系统性的工作，我们致力于以数据驱动的方式自动化、智能化解决系统故障，致力于端到端优化系统架构。

【岗位要求】
职位描述： 1、负责TikTok核心功能架构优化，设计高可用、高性能、高可维护的系统，保障核心功能稳定性； 2、针对核心功能设计并实现端到端全链路的稳定性保障体系。 职位要求： 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 有高并发/复杂业务系统/服务治理等相关工作经验； 熟练掌握一门后端编程语言，例如 Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++； 积极乐观，责任心强，自驱； Software Engineer Responsibilities: 1. The optimization of TikToks core function architecture, designing a highly available, high performance, and highly maintainable system to ensure the stability of core functions; 2. Design and achieve the guarantee system of end-to-end full-link stability for the core functions Qualifications: 3. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience. 4. Good programming experience with high concurrency/complex business system/service management 5. Proficient in at least one of the following backend languages: C/C++/Java/Go/Python/Shell/PHP 6. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, serious, good team communication and collaboration skills
