线上面试

在英语能力方面，主要考察英文流利程度和表达自己观点的能力。其实，演讲能够体现一个人的综合能力。一个面试最长2小时，需要进行2～3次的面试。

面试形式：全英文（部分人会遇到自我介绍题，要求用中文作答）。视频面试。

面试时间：根据题目的不同，回答时间不同，分为5分钟/10分钟。

1. Please tell us about one particular project where you worked very hard to reach a goal, yet, were not successful in the end.

(1) Briefly describe what the situation was about.

(2) How did you feel during and after this project?

(3) What learning's did you take away?

2. Please describe one concrete example that increased your awareness of cultural differences, and what did you learn from it?

3. Please shortly describe one concrete situation where you found it difficult to convince or persuade others.

(1) What made it difficult?

(2) What did you do or say to convince them?

(3) What was the outcome?
