【岗位职责】
- Payroll & Benefit Management  Manage whole payroll & benefits  Organize insurance and healthy check  Provide employee services  Manage the 3rd party services - Data Analysis & Application  Attend C&B market survey  Collect and interpret benchmark market data  Support salary budgeting and performance and compensation review  Offer ad-hoc data analysis support - HRIS Operation  HR system/tool project management & sustain  Maintain people data and business process

【岗位要求】
- 3~5 years of experience in HR management in a multi-national company, with 3-year hands-on experience at Compensation & Benefit domain. - High integrity with characters of care, patience and earnestness. - Good team work, be eager to learn, can work in a stressful & challenging environment - Proficient Excel skill, fluent English is preferred If you don’t perfectly match the required spec, it really doesn’t a big problem. As long as you - are eager to make a breakthrough - dare to take the challenge - be accountable for what you promised - be willing to investing on learning by doing - always pursue to achieve better
