Who we target?

• We target 2021 fresh graduates, and those who graduated in 2020 with less than one year’s working experience till his/her start in VMware.

When to refer?

• If we receive your referral by Aug.24^th,  all referrals will receive the tech test invite by default, or most luckily,  some of them will be invited to our OPEN DAY Event to meet Hiring manager directly in Sept.
• If we receive your referral after Aug.24^th ,  all referrals will receive the tech test invite by default, and then follow the normal hiring process (Sept.-Nov.).
